The buyer has the responsibility to carefully evaluate a horse before committing to purchase. If you have any concerns about conformation, temperament, stall manners, size, riding ability, or any other detail, please ask questions before making a purchase.

Buying a horse without asking questions or doing proper research means the responsibility lies with the buyer. We are always happy to answer questions and provide as much information as possible to help you make the best decision.

Any appointment to see a horse will require a 10% deposit. The deposit holds the horse until your arrival and is refundable if you come see the horse and decide he is not the right fit for you.

There is no risk in coming to look at the horse. The deposit simply protects everyone's time and helps keep things fair and organized for all interested buyers.

Many of our buyers purchase horses sight unseen. With videos, a PPE (pre-purchase exam), and our written guarantee, buyers can purchase with confidence even if they cannot travel to see the horse in person.

If the horse arrives and is not as described or is not the right fit, he can be shipped back or you are welcome to look at other available options.
